In 2003, I went to my doctor for a routine colonoscopy. I have always been one who thinks about preventative measures. They told me they found a cancerous tumor. Dr. Stark recommended that I start six months of treatment right away. I told him we would have to wait because I wasn’t going to miss the rest of spot season.

The worst part of the treatment was the loss of sensation I experienced – I lost my taste and feeling. Six months later I have my taste back and nine extra pounds.

I appreciate the great work they have done here, especially for me.
