"In the event Bon Secours Hampton Roads Laboratory's error causes a specimen to be unavailable or invalid for testing, the physician client will be notifi ed and have the option of requesting Bon Secours Hampton Roads to send a phlebotomist to the patient's home or place of work to collect another specimen."

There would be no charge for this special service.
