Employee orientations
Periodic seminars
Supervisory consultations

Administrative Services

Triage of all calls
Travel and mileage
Report preparation
Planning Meetings
On-site visits

Primary goals of the Program include, but are not limited to: (1) assisting employees and family members in dealing with personal problems which may affect job performance; (2) ensuring confidential, professional assistance, and its availability should it be needed; (3) promoting actively the Program through printed materials; (4) providing training programs and education sessions to meet the organization's needs; (5) providing quality, cost effective EAP services; and (6) evaluating the effectiveness of the Program by offering a continuous improvement process.
