Employee Assistance Program
As a community-based EAP, we have developed a professional support network that has been key in our community-based programming in each location. Bon Secours EAP will provide confidential, comprehensive, community-based employee assistance program services through three distinct service components:

Primary goals of the Program include, but are not limited to: (1) assisting
employees and family members in dealing with personal problems which may affect job performance; (2) ensuring confidential, professional assistance, and its availability should it be needed; (3) promoting actively the Program through printed materials; (4) providing training
programs and education sessions to meet the organization's needs; (5) providing quality, cost effective EAP services; and (6) evaluating the effectiveness of the Program by offering a continuous improvement process.

- Management of
Employee Assistance Program services providing a firm basis for employee
confidentiality.
- Accomplishments
in the development and evaluations of company trends EAP manages.
- Provisions for
multiple off-site locations and affiliate relationships for counseling
services to assure the employee's privacy.
- Provisions for
periodic on-site visits by the assigned EAP staff at work sites to
maintain continued visibility.
- Experience in
developing, planning and implementing city municipality employee assistance
programs and other large organizations programs.
- Preventive interventions
are provided to employees, families, departments and organizations
to minimize crisis situations.
- Experienced members
of critical stress debriefing teams to assist police, fire, paramedics
and other high-stress areas with crises, stress issues and feelings.
All Maryview EAP staff are trained in crisis debriefing techniques.
- Clinically trained
and experienced staff, as well as seasoned organizational managers
who also have been trained in work systems and provide this consultation,
where necessary.
- Provisions for
case management of all psychiatric and chemical dependency-related
problems.

The Virginia Occupational Health Network
We are also a member of the Virginia Occupational Health Network (VOHN) which consists of independent, qualified providers offering multi-site, integrated management of occupational health and safety services. We can partner with your organization to achieve easy access, administrative management and cost reduction through geographic diversity and comprehensive
services.
Office Locations/Hours
Bon Secours Employee Assistance Program's administrative office is located at 7540 Tidewater Drive, Suite 110-112, Norfolk, VA 23505. However, there are a number of available facilities where EAP meets with Participants. We have access to a variety of locations for short-term counseling services. Regular clinical appointment hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Mondays - Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. At times, early morning appointment hours are requested.
