Norfolk Diabetes Education Classes
The Bon Secours DePaul diabetes education classes are held on the first four Wednesdays of each month, from 1:30-3:30 pm. The classes typically follow a weekly schedule and cover topics like, understanding diabetes, nutrition, medications, and foot care & exercise. If a class is missed it can be made-up the following month.

Newport News Diabetes Education Classes
At Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital, diabetes classes are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, from 1-4 pm. The classes provide the education you and your family need to
live healthier lives. Topics covered in these classes include: basic information about diabetes, eating and nutrition, exercise, glucose monitoring, medication management, sick day management, and preventing complications.

Portsmouth Diabetes Education Classes
The Bon Secours Maryview diabetes education classes offers classes the first three Thursdays of each month from 1-3 pm. In order to help
the diagnosed care for their condition, the monthly schedule typically
runs according to the following schedule of topics: diabetes overview, discussion nutrition, and medication management. If a class is missed, it may be made up the following month.
