H1N1 and seasonal flu alert
In an effort to protect hospital patients from the spread of 2009 H1N1 and seasonal flu, effective Thursday, October 15, 2009, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted in Hampton Roads area hospitals unless they are patients.  This visitation policy change includes siblings of newborns in Women’s and Infant’s units.

Visitors are welcome during the following times.

General:
Adults: 11:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m.

Family Birth Center:
11:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Unlimited visiting for father, grandparents and siblings. Fathers welcome to stay overnight.

Critical Care Units:
Varies by unit -- check with the nurse on duty for that unit. Immediate family only.
