Welcome to the Bon Secours Heart and Vascular Institute.
Born of a unique partnership with Columbia University College
of Physicians and Surgeons, the Institute brings open-heart
surgery and the most advanced cardiac care to our community.
Providing advanced cardiac care where patients need it most,
close to home.
In the spirit of Bon Secours, the Institute provides
innovative, patient-centered care the region has come to expect
from our health system. It expands our entire continuum of
cardiology services to meet our community's growing need for
heart and vascular care. It brings advanced cardiac care to
Western Hampton Roads, which ranks highest for cardiovascular
disease and death in an eight-state region.

The Institute will provide area patients with many
comforts. They'll know they have access to the latest
technologies and tools to diagnose and treat cardiovascular
disease. And that they're in the care of an experienced
and compassionate team of, cardiologists and cardiac
surgeons, nurses and technologists, who work in partnership
with their primary care physician. The Institute features
two new open-heart surgery and cardiothoracic operating
rooms and two state-of-the-art cardiac cath labs, enhancing Bon Secours' continuum of cardiovascular inpatient
and outpatient services already in place.
