| Meet Our Team - Jennifer A. Boynton
Smith, Executive Director
Cardiac and Vascular Services
Jennifer is a graduate of University of the State of New
York Regents College with a bachelor's of science in business
and holds a Masters degree in organizational management from
George Washington University / The University of Phoenix.
She has more than 30 years of experience in business development
and leadership including more than 20 in middle and upper
management experience in health care administration. Jennifer
has special expertise in: operations management; project development,
coordination and implementation; continuous quality improvement,
systems improvements through redesign/reengineering, and service
quality; and, corporative and governance relationships and
human resource management and development.
As the executive director for the Heart Institute she is
responsible for conducting financial, market and operational
analysis for effective management of the cardiovascular service
line, directing and coordinating strategic quality planning
efforts, and is responsible for day-to-day operations of cardiac
and vascular services. Jennifer is also responsible for collaborating
with the medical leadership and administrative team to ensure
clinical quality of the cardiac and vascular services. |
