A Streamlined Assessment Process
The faster your patient is diagnosed and treated for cancer,
the better their chances are of overcoming it. Our program
is designed to expedite the entire process while caring for
your patient’s every need.
- If recommended, the staff at our Women’s Imaging
Center will schedule a follow-up, real-time diagnostic mammogram
within 24-48 hours after the screening mammogram and will
deliver the results before the patients leave the imaging
center.
- If a biopsy is recommended, our trained staff will meet
with the patient, explain the results, and provide information
on biopsy options. Our nurse specialist will schedule a
breast biopsy consult within 24 – 48 hours.
- When a diagnosis is made, our trained, supportive specialist
provides a comprehensive new diagnosis and treatment packet.
