Dear Dr. Dunton,
At this time of year, we are reminded of how thankful we are for God’s many gifts of grace and mercy. In turn, we make special efforts to remind family and friends of our love for them. We would be remiss if we did not express our appreciation for the exemplary medical services and many acts of compassion shown for my husband.
At this time his recovery is progressing well because of your surgical leadership and the excellent collaboration of your medical team. We were moved by their knowledge, care and concern in diagnosing his condition, preparing us for surgery, and keeping us informed of what to expect and how to assist throughout the hospital stay and recovery. In the final analysis, it is this kind of professionalism that gives both the patient and family the confidence needed during these challenging times.
